The Pennsylvania Consortium for Higher Education in Prisons (PA CHEP) is a statewide network dedicated to expanding access to high-quality higher education in Pennsylvania’s correctional settings.
Membership is open to anyone who supports PA CHEP’s mission. We welcome educators, corrections professionals, justice-impacted individuals, family members, community organizations, government partners, researchers, students, and others committed to this work.
Who Can Join?
General Body Membership is open to individuals and organizations that support PA CHEP’s mission and agree to abide by the PA CHEP Bylaws.
Participation in committee meetings or attendance at PA CHEP events does not automatically establish General Body Membership. Individuals who wish to become members should complete the registration form below.
