Building Collaborative Futures: Bridging Justice and Community
PA CHEP is excited to partner with Bucknell University for our 2026 Annual Convening! The event will take place in the Elaine Langone Center (ELC), with sessions held in the Terrace Room and Rooms 241A–D. Meals, as well as the opening and closing sessions, will also take place in the Terrace Room.
While registration is free of charge, we encourage all guests to register in advance to help us plan effectively. Registered participants will receive updates via the email address provided. We’ll be preparing name badges for everyone who registers by January 23. Anyone registering after that date will still be welcome to attend, though we won’t be able to provide printed badges for those sign-ups.
Travel scholarships are available for justice-impacted individuals, offered as monetary reimbursements after the event. These scholarships are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to qualifying individuals. Please note that travel scholarships are available only for Pennsylvania residents and do not cover airfare. However, we will be recording the event and sharing videos afterward, so those unable to attend can still engage with the content of the event.

Maps and Directions
Visitors may park along Moore Avenue, adjacent to the Elaine Langone Center (ELC). Please note that Bucknell requests that all guests register their vehicles before parking on campus. To do so, visit Bucknell’s Parking Portal and select “Visitor Permit – Register a Visiting Vehicle.”
